This week Kate Knuth released her long-awaited Green New Deal Plan for Minneapolis. The Minneapolis Green New Deal (GND) is a bold plan to put Minneapolis on the path toward being a healthy, just, resilient city grounded in a vibrant democracy and abundant opportunity.
